Kiran is the Principal Dentist at No1 High Street Dental Practice. She qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2008 and has many years of experience providing high-quality dental care to her patients.

Kiran is keen to treat anxious patients and is passionate about making visits to the dentist as comfortable and stress-free as possible. She has completed her Certificate in Restorative Dental Practice at Eastman Dental Institute has also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Education and enjoys supporting newly qualified dentists. She is committed to providing ethical, patient-focused care and helping patients feel confident throughout their treatment journey.

Alongside dentistry, Kiran offers facial aesthetics treatments, including anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments. Her dental background and understanding of facial anatomy help her create natural and balanced results.

Ajay qualified from the Leeds Dental Institute in 2013 and has worked in dental practices across Hatfield and London. He has special interests in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, root canal treatments (endodontics) and oral rehabilitation.

Ajay is passionate about providing high-quality, ethical dentistry while maintaining excellent standards of patient care. He particularly enjoys helping anxious patients and children feel relaxed and comfortable during their visits, creating a positive experience at the dentist.

Committed to continued learning and development, Ajay became a Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh in 2015. He has also completed advanced training in restorative dentistry and endodontics through consultant-led courses at the Eastman Dental Institute and St George’s Hospital.

Ajay accepts referrals for advanced cosmetic treatments, root canal treatments, and smile design, helping patients achieve healthy, functional, and confident smiles.

Nikita qualified from Birmingham Dental School and has been practising in the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire area for many years. She joined the team in 2013 and has been a valued member ever since. Throughout her career, Nikita has completed a range of postgraduate courses to further enhance her skills and expand the treatments she can offer.

Her areas of expertise include Invisalign and aesthetic composite bonding, allowing her to provide patients with a variety of modern, personalised treatment options.

Nikita has completed training in facial aesthetics and skin rejuvenation and is keen to offer natural and subtle enhancements to her patients.

Nikita is committed to delivering high-quality dental care and helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Hati graduated from Kristal University with a Master’s Degree in Dentistry in 2012. Driven by her passion for dentistry and patient care, she later moved to the UK to further her career and continue developing her skills within the profession.

Hati takes pride in offering a range of dental treatments which include facial aesthetics, general dentistry, clear braces and much more. Since joining our team in 2023, Hati has become a valued member of the practice. She is known for her warm and friendly nature, always striving to ensure patients feel welcomed, comfortable and at ease during their visits.

Zahira qualified as a Dental Hygienist from the prestigious Karolinska Institute in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Odontological Prophylaxis. After beginning her career in Sweden, she moved to the UK, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for patient care.

Dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health, Zahira enjoys the ever-evolving nature of dentistry and is committed to delivering the highest standard of care. She particularly values the strong teamwork and family atmosphere at No. 1 High Street Dental Practice, which makes it a rewarding place to work.

With her gentle and friendly approach, Zahira strives to ensure every patient feels comfortable, supported, and confident in their smile.

Charlotte graduated from the University Of Central Lancashire Dental School in 2022 and joined our practice in 2023. As a valued member of the team she is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health in a comfortable and supportive environment.

Before qualifying as a Dental Hygienist, Charlotte worked as a Dental Nurse giving her a broad understanding of patient care and dentistry. Her previous experience, combined with her friendly and gentle approach, helps patients feel relaxed and at ease throughout their visit.

Dee is the Practice Manager and Head Dental Nurse at No1 High Street Dental Practice, where she plays an important role in leading the team and ensuring the practice runs smoothly on a daily basis. Working closely with both patients and staff, Dee helps maintain a welcoming, professional and supportive environment throughout the practice.

Known for her caring and approachable nature, Dee is always on hand to offer support and guidance to both colleagues and patients. Her dedication to patient care, strong leadership and commitment to the team make her an invaluable part of the Practice.

With extensive experience within dentistry, Dee takes pride in helping create a positive experience for everyone who visits the practice while supporting the development and wellbeing of the team.

Maria is a valued member of the team at No1 High Street Dental Practice and has been an important part of the practice for many years. Over this time, she has built strong relationships with patients and is well known by many who visit the practice.

Maria is recognised for her caring and gentle approach, always taking the time to help patients feel comfortable, supported and at ease during their appointments. Her warm nature, experience and dedication to patient care make her a trusted and much-loved member of the team.

Sydney has worked at our practice since 2023, gaining valuable experience across both reception and dental nursing roles. As part of the team at No1 High Street Dental she plays an important role in supporting both patients and colleagues while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

With experience across both clinical and administrative settings, Sydney is committed to delivering a welcoming, efficient and supportive experience for every patient. She brings strong communication skills, attention to detail and a positive approach to patient care. She helps individuals to feel comfortable and well supported throughout their visit.

Diana has been part of our team since May 2025. She works closely with the dentists and hygienists and is currently training to become a dental nurse.

Diana is eager to learn and develop her skills within dentistry, while supporting patients and the wider team. With her bubbly personality and friendly approach, she helps create a welcoming environment for everyone visiting the practice.

Emma joined our team in 2026 and is a valued member of our nursing team. As a dedicated Dental Nurse, she works closely alongside Ajay assisting with endodontic treatments. She also works with our implant dentist Suneil supporting a wide range of dental implant procedures.

Known for her caring and friendly nature, Emma is passionate about helping patients feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their visit. She takes pride in providing excellent support both in the surgery and behind the scenes, ensuring every appointment runs smoothly.

Emma enjoys being part of patients’ treatment journeys and is committed to delivering the highest standard of care, making every experience at the practice as positive and reassuring as possible.

Sophie joined No1 High Street Dental Practice in 2026 and is currently training to become a dental nurse. She works closely with the dentists and hygienists, supporting both the clinical team and patients throughout their visits.

Sophie is known for her caring, nurturing and supportive nature which helps patients feel comfortable and at ease. Her compassionate approach and dedication to learning make her a valued member of the team.
